You get out what you put in

The truth is: You are completely responsible for your life. 

Where you came from does not need to be your final destination. 

Whatever you put into your body and mind will become what you get in return. 

Isaac Newton said - “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

The effort and energy you put into your success in any area of your life, will determine your results. 

For everything happening in your life, there is something you are doing to get that result. 

It is a mistake to ignore what you are putting in and only focus on what you’re getting out.
People who experience financial success are not “lucky,” “gifted,” or “magicians.” They just understand that what they put in is what they will get out. So they strategize, stay consistent, and work hard & smart. Luck is created when no one is watching. 

The same goes for people who have a beautiful physique. They aren’t just lucky, it’s not good genetics, it’s doing what works everyday, for life. Most people who are successful have been doing what works for so long, that they forget what made them successful and will do what works by habit. When something is a habit, it is part of your identity. It has become your lifestyle. 

Here are some strategies you can use to help become more successful:

Be Specific About What You Have To Do Each Day

Each night, make a list of what needs to get done the next day to feel accomplished working towards a big goal. Then cross off your list throughout the day to feel accomplished. If you don’t know where you are going, that’s when it's easy to waste time watching YouTube, Netflix, or scrolling through your Facebook feed. There really are only a handful of things that need to be done each day. Don't be unrealistic about what you can accomplish either. Planning is a process that will get better the more you do it, and will give your life more ease when you can wake up and know exactly what to do, without spending time thinking about it. My favorite planning tool is workflowy. 

Eat The Right Food

In order for your body to function optimally, you will need to eat and drink healthy substances. People know this intuitively, but convenience makes it easy to just grab something quick that is probably highly processed and not full of vitamins and minerals. The way your body looks and feels is a direct reflection of what you are putting into it. Health is the most important thing in life and should never be taken for granted. Stay healthy, love your body, and feel more confident when you know you are treating yourself well.  

Feed Your Brain

What does it mean to feed your brain?? 

Are you reading books, getting good sleep, eating well, and exercising? If you’re consuming mindless time wasting hobbies, you will become mindless and let life control you rather than being in control. Limit Netflix and all the things that are default programs in your life. Becoming more successful is not easy. It will require lifestyle changes and discipline to maintain. Find a passion and focus on improving it to receive more joy in your life. Consume high quality information, and you will attract high quality people. 

If you develop strong healthy habits, success is bound to be close behind.
